Refund policy

Returning a plushie? I accept returns if the products are unused and undamaged.

For EU: 

• Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return
• They have a further 14 days to send the item back after notifying you
• Refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving the return
• Note any exceptions (e.g. custom/personalized amigurumi may be exempt from the cooling-off period — worth checking with a legal advisor)
